Kolkata Knight Riders will play the final of IPL 2024

Starting off with the bat, SRH faced early hurdles, finding themselves struggling at 39/4 within the initial 5 overs. Despite this shaky start, they managed to regroup and put up a commendable total of 159, largely due to Rahul Tripathi‘s rapid 55 off 35 deliveries, supported by Heinrich Klaasen‘s 32 and Cummins‘ 30, adding valuable runs towards the end. Notably, Mitchell Starc shone with his exceptional bowling performance, conceding only 34 runs and taking 3 wickets in his quota of 4 overs.

In response, KKR comfortably pursued the target of 160, losing merely 2 wickets along the way. Venkatesh Iyer led the charge with a brisk 51 off 28 balls, while Shreyas Iyer‘s explosive 58 off just 24 balls further fueled their successful chase.
