However, what initially appeared to be a straightforward chase turned tense for RCB fans as the team’s middle order collapsed rapidly. The dismissal of Du Plessis, who contributed a blistering 64 off just 23 balls, triggered a downward spiral, leaving RCB struggling at 117/6 by the 11th over.

The climax of the match came with Kohli’s dismissal, scoring 42 runs off 27 balls, which included 2 fours and 4 sixes. The star batsman fell victim to Noor Ahmad‘s delivery, attempting to guide the ball into the covers but only managing to edge it behind to Wriddhiman Saha. Anushka Sharma’s visible disappointment was evident as she was captured biting her fingers in disbelief at her husband’s dismissal.
